Cardamoms are one of the common spices in Indian cuisine which has found the way towards the treatment of numerous digestive problems and other Ayurvedic Medicine for depression too. Brown Cardamom

As we all know that Green Cardamoms have a hairy texture while Brown cardamoms have tiny coconut fibrous. 

Brown Cardamom contains cineol, limonene, terpineol and consists of medicinal values. 

Ground Cardamom:

It is also used as a flavouring agent in several dishes.
