Skill development has been conceptualized in India by Government to offer numerous job opportunities for the youth to get placed in industrial placements. The Skill India Mission was launched by the Government of India, to provide many skilling programs and programs under one roof. The Government offers numerous jobs for unemployed youth according to the National Sample Survey officer assessment was organized in 2018.
The objective of the schemes is to enlighten the adequate skills of the youth to enable them placed in industrial sectors of their choice and can yield quality productivity. The government has started the initiative to improve economic growth and social development too.
Coming to the Skill Development schemes in Hyderabad, there are several training and assessment programs to ensure the unemployed youth can get decent placement in the industrial sectors. These include:
· Self Assessment Training
· Soft Skills Training
· Skill Developments
· Skill Development Services
It is to note that Skill Development services have been recognized for their urgency and, numerous organizations have joined hands to empower the youth with the best industrial services. NISE (National Institute of Solar Energy) started Suryamitra Skill Development Program across the nation in collaboration with State Nodal Agencies. The Greenko has introduced this scheme for 280 ITI Students as a Solar Skill Development Certification Program in the Kurnool cluster. The program has started with a vision at Ghani Solar Park to enhance their skills for strengthening employment.
It’s time to trained in these schemes and enhance industrial production and employment for many young aspirants.
