• Taking its first baby steps in 1978 from Kanpur under the flagship of Mr. Zubair Hussain, AHSAN aspired to reach the sky. A highly experienced and charismatic man, he quickly made his brand presence felt and soon entered the international arena by exporting its goods. 
• Today, the company boasts of 2 production tannery and a shoe upper factory, each supervised by highly qualified directors with technical degrees from UK and Germany.
• In 2004 MR. Faraz Ahsan joined and took charge of shoe upper factory while Mr. Zufair Ahsan Joined to manage the tannery in 2007. Both have high qualifying degrees from UK and Germany. 
• Today the Tannery unit produces 8 million sq. ft leather yearly while shoe upper factory production capacity is 720,000 annually. The covered area is 9000 sq.mt while the open area is 10,000 sq.mt. 
• The brand manufacturing method is an amalgamation of best practices of the bygone era and the latest modern technology and machinery. Predominant chemicals used in the tannery come from Stahl, Lanxess, and other European brands. Shoe production follows the European norms for quality purposes. 
• The tanning division provides a complete integrated solution. Here, the raw hides make its journey via wet blue, crust and finally to finished leather under the same roof. 
• We produce several varieties of leather for varied applications but specialize in varieties of chrome-tanned finished leather of cow-local and imported; buffalo and split leather to serve the safety and fashion industry. 
• The shoemaking unit makes open uppers, uppers with insole strobe led for lasting; and lasted upper with steel/composite toe cap to meet the needs of safety and fashion shoe market.

We also have a Quality Assurance Cell that double-checks to verify that all finished products adhere to its QA norms. Each product undergoes a stringent & comprehensive testing process for its physical and chemical properties to ensure that it meets all set specifications.

In sync with it, our dedicated R&D department keeps updating all the latest advancements and keeps upgrading the production methodology and processes.
