Social media is one of the best platforms in the modern era as it connects the people from one end to the other end of the globe. Nowadays social media is useful for all the necessary works in the day to day life. Most of the social media apps are having many advantages and disadvantages by using these.

According to the WHO studies, it is noted that though social media has numerous benefits it does have health-related problems too like over stress, sleepless nights depression, and anxiety.
According to the National Institutes of Health research ages between 19 to 32 are facing health and mental disorders due to the continuous usage of social media apps.
The more adults are using social media are likely to get more depressed with apps such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tumbler, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google+ and other apps.
Regular use of social media may lead to serious eye problems, distractions, fatigue and other health-related problems too.
Using social media is useful as well as harmful too if addicted, hence be cautious folks!!
